About the launch offer. Registering interest costs nothing and commits you to nothing. When Pro goes on sale we will email you once with a code for 50% off your first payment on whichever plan you pick — one-off, monthly or annual. The discount applies to the first payment only; after that the prices above apply. We may withdraw the offer for new registrations at any time, but we will honour it for anyone already registered.
About receipt photos. Free accounts can add 10 receipt photos a day, and those photos are deleted after 90 days. On Pro they are kept for as long as your Pro plan runs. If your Pro plan ends, your existing photos are kept for a further 90 days — after that the free rules apply and photos older than 90 days are deleted. Your trips, expenses and balances are kept for as long as you have an account — it is only the photos that go.
Prices in pounds sterling. The 30-day pass is a single payment that does not renew and cannot lapse into a subscription. Monthly and annual plans renew until you cancel, and you can cancel from your account at any time.
* Fair use on receipt scanning. Reading receipts automatically carries an allowance. Attaching receipt photos does not count against it — only reading them automatically does, and you can always type the items in yourself. The allowances, and the limit on how quickly receipts can be added, are set out in the Terms of use.
